Hello there, here is a card with the left-overs of my Halloween cards. This stamp is from the 'fancy Mandela' set. I used some perfect pearls for the ivy's. Embossed with silver and coloured it with my Tombo markers. Added some glasspearls and Done!

Hallo allemaal, hier nog een kaart met de restjes van mijn Halloweenkaarten. Deze stempel is van de 'fancy mandela'set.Ik heb perfect pearls gebruikt voor de klimop. Geembost met zilver en ingekleurd met Tombo's. Nog wat glasdruppels en klaar is ie!

This is my last Halloween creation for this bloghopweek, maybe there will be more during the following weeks until Halloween. This is my favourite stamp, the candle.....it's so crisp and beautiful. Lovely to colour and adding some glitters for the flame.I stamped it with black Stazon and coloured it with Derwent soft colour. Also used a paper from the 'Simply Elegance' papers. On the background beneath my card I used some of the 'Echos of Italy' paper. They are really gorgeous.Elsuive has also CD's to print your own backgroundpapers, some of them goes perfect with some stamps.The same patterns repeat in the papers.

Dit is mijn laatste Halloween kaart voor deze bloghopweek misschien komen er nog meer gedurende de komende weken tot Halloween. Dit is mijn favouriete stempel, de kandelaar, zo fijntjes en mooi.Heerlijk om in te kleuren en wat glitters aan te brengen op het vlammetje.Heb weer het 'simply elegance' papier gebruikt en achter de kaart het papier van 'echos of Italy'. Het papier is echt prachtig. Elusive heeft ook CD's waarmee je je eigen achtergrond papier kan printen. Sommige passen perfect bij de stempels. Hetzelfde patroon komt dan terug in het papier.

4th creation Halloween............

Hello bloghoppers, Halloweenfans and other crafters, for now almost my last 'witchy' creation for this week, maybe tomorrow another one..........
I had some left-overs from last year Basic Grey Halloween paper. I did torn a hole in the middle of the paper and curled it to the outside using a sate-pen. Added some extra tears here and there.... Again used the same sponging technique with a mesh. Added some glitters as you can see.


Hallo bloghoppers, Halloweenfans en andere knutselaars, bijna mijn laatste Halloween creatie voor deze week, misschien morgen nog een.......
Ik had nog wat restjes van het Basic Grey Halloween papier van vorig jaar. Ik scheurde een gat in het midden van het papier en krulde het om naar de buitenkant met een sate prikker. Hier en daar nog wat extra scheurtjes.....Opnieuw bij de afbeelding de sponstechniek gebruikmaken van een raster. En nog wat glitters zoals je kunt zien.

3rd Halloween creation.............scrapcard

Hello everybody welcome back in my 'spooky' world.....this 3rd card I made using the same 'Simply Elegance' papers. On the pumpkin piece I used the 'sponging' technique also using a mesh and white pencil for accents.On the black piece I stamped the spooky house with Perfect medium and added perfect pearls. On the text piece I used some fine mesh. Put it all together and the Halloween scrapcard was done!

Hallo allemaal, welkom terug in mijn 'spooky' wereld.....deze 3e kaart heb ik gemaakt ook weer met het Simply Elegance papier. Op het pomppoen stukje heb ik weer met dezelfde kleuren gesponst en een raster gebruikt. Voor accenten een wit potlood. Op het zwarte papier heb ik het huis met perfect medium gestempeld en perfect pearls erop gewreven met een zachte kwast. Op het tekst stukje heb ik een fijn raster gebruikt. Alles samengevoegd en de Halloween scrapkaart was klaar!

2nd creation for Halloween blogcandy...another creepy card.....

Hello bloghoppers and other creative followers, welcome to the 2nd Halloween message. I made this card using also a left-over piece of the 'simply Elegance' papers and the 'craquelee' background is one of the 'echos of Italy' papers. For the black embossed piece I used 'black magic' color core' paper and sand it. Then the magic happens.....the embossed motif started to have a pink colour! On the tag I stamped the images with Versafine black en used the sponging technique with the cats-eyes. Also used some meshes as you can see. Love to work with those meshes.Added also some white accents with pencil. Put it on black paper, add a ribbon and attached it to the card.

Hallo bloghoppers en andere creatieve volgers, welkom bij het 2e Halloween item. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met een kleine strook van het 'Simply Elegance'papier en de cracquelee achtergrond is van de 'echos of Italy' papierlijn.Het zwart geembosste papier is 'black magic'color core papier.Even opschuren en 'het 'magische' gebeurt.......de geembosste delen worden roze! De afbeeldingen zijn met Versafine zwart gestempeld en ik heb weer de sponstechniek voor de achtergrond gebruikt. Zoals je kunt zien heb ik ook 'mesh'(rasters) gebruikt voor leuke accenten.Ik vind het heerlijk om met allerlei rasters te werken. Nog wat witte accenten en de label gemat op zwart. Lintje erdoor en bevestigd op de kaart.

Hello there, all you bloghopcandy visitors and others who wants to be inspired by the new spooky Halloweenstamps of Elusive Images.





This is my contribution to the bloghop. I made this card using the beautiful 'Simply Elegance' papers. I put the lilac one behind my stamped image and another one behind my card only to show how beautiful this paper is. I used a 'sponging' technique with the colorbox catseyes. On the inside card I used lilac, purple and orange cats-eyes and stamped the bats with purple. I used the same colours on the background of the stamped image and stamped the spooky house with versafine black.In the windows I added some fine glitters but the photo doesn't shows that very well.

Dit is het sheet wat ik gebruikt heb.

Hallo daar bloghopcandy bezoekers en anderen die geinspireerd willen worden door de nieuwe mooie en griezelige Halloween stempels van Elusive Images. Dit is mijn bijdrage aan de bloghop. Ik heb deze kaart gemaakt met gebruik van de prachtige 'simply elegance' papierlijn van Elusive. Het lila papier achter de gestempelde afbeelding en ook als achtergrond voor de hele kaart om te laten zien hoe mooi dit papier is. Ik heb de sponstechniek gebruikt met de colorbox cats-eyes. Aan de binnenkant van de kaart heb ik lila, paars en oranje cats-eyes gebruikt en de vleermuizen zijn gestempeld met paars. Hier heb ik ook nog een raster gebruikt zoals je een beetje kunt zien. Het 'spooky'huis is met Versafine zwart gestempeld. In de ramen nog wat fijne glitter, maar dat zie je op de foto niet.

Om in aanmerking te komen, is dit wat je moet doen:

It’s that time of year again when the nights are drawing in, the kids are back at school, the leaves are starting to turn and the pumpkins are ripening.

Halloween will soon be here and what better way to celebrate than with our wonderful new Halloween stamps. I have worked with them and they are really great!

we have some blog candy to giveaway this week, but it’s a bit more involved than just leaving a comment here. The first thing you need to do to win some free stamps is to find them! All this week our Design Team are showing you some of their Halloween artwork and some of them have candy to give away, so go grab a cuppa and be prepared to visit some inspiring blogs.

Elusive Christmas cute.........little angel

Hier een tweede kaart met de 'Polly Poppets'een 'cute'serie van kerstberen van Elusive Images. Niet helemaal mijn stijl, maar wel leuk om te doen. Nu traditionele kerstkleuren. Een van de foto's toont een close-up van de achtergrondtechniek aan de binnenzijde van de kaart.
Here a 2nd card with the 'Polly Poppets' a cute serie of Christmas bears of Elusive Images .Not quite my style but it was fun to do. The 2nd picture shows a close up from the background I used on the inside of the card. Really traditional Christmas colours.

This is a sheet of Elusive Images, 'Christmas Foliage' great to work with and you can use the ivy leaves also for other than Christmas cards.I used a different color-combi than the traditional Christmas colours.
Dit is een sheet van Elusive Images, de Christmas Foliage. Heerlijk om mee te werken en je kunt de klimop bladeren ook voor andere dan kerstkaarten gebruiken.Ik heb hier een andere kleurencombi gebruikt dan de traditionele kerstkleuren.

Little townhouses- in combination with those beautiful papers of the Essence of Nature CD. I have embossed the houses with silver EP on aquarelpaper and coloured them with the Tombo markers. Then cut them out and placed on the Ess. of Nature paper. The side edges of the card are being cut with a 'alterations die' of Tim Holtz. Than for a finishing touch I used some pearls.

Kleine townhouses- in combinatie met het mooie papier van de Essence of Nature CD. Ik heb de huizen geembosst met zilver EP op aquarelpapier en ingekleurd met de Tombo markers. Daarna uitgeknipt en bevestigd op het mooie papier.(Essence of Nature)Elusive Images heeft diverse van deze CD's met verschillende thema's die perfect aansluiten op de stempels. Je kunt dus je eigen papier printen. De zijkanten van de kaart zijn uitgesneden met de alterations snijmal van Tim Holtz. Daarna de finishing touch met pareltjes.

Met de fijne Tombo stiften kan ik uren spelen......vooral het kleuren van die prachtige mandela stempels


Always beautiful to see how different sort of light has a different effect on colors and photo's
Altijd mooi om te zien hoe het verschillende licht, zoals zon of schaduw de kleuren van foto's beinvloeden.....




Working with this beautiful colored paper and those heavenly butterflies.....it took me to an 'elusive' sphere.....

werkend met dit prachtige gekleurde papier en die hemelse vlinders......het bracht me in een ongrijpbare sfeer.....

my first designs with Elusive Images.....eerste ontwerpen met Elusive Images

The first card I made with the flower of the fancy mandela set. A real joy to color... I used also the beautiful paper from the newest Artilicious cd 'Essence of Nature' a real must have!

De eerste kaart heb ik gemaakt met de bloem van de fancy mandela set van Elusive. Hierbij heb ik het prachtige design papier gebruikt van de laatst nieuwe Artilicious CD 'the Essence of Nature' van Elusive. Er zijn meerdere van deze CD's en ze passen natuurlijk perfect bij de stempellijnen.






At the 2nd card I used the butterlies from the fancy mandela set. Also using the same 'Essence of Nature' paper.
Bij de 2e kaart heb ik de vlinders van de fancy mandela set gebruikt en hetzelfde papier.



The 3rd card I made with the large butterlies from the 'Patchwork Butterlies'sheet of EI. A really adorable one..... At all 3 cards I used the same technique; embossed with silver emb. powder of Ranger and coloured with Tombo markers on aquarelpaper. My favourite technique. I also added the cuttlebug using the large dots on a mica sheet. Great effect!
Bij de 3e kaart heb ik de grote vlinders van de 'patchwork butterfly' sheet van EI gebruikt. Een prachtige sheet..... Bij alledrie de kaarten is de embossing/aquareltechniek gebruikt en heb ik de cuttlebug gebruikt met de grote dots op een mica sheet. Leuk effect......
